“I just want it to come out right”, he said.
“I love her so much and it can’t sound cliche”, he continued.
Bernie was worried his love for Jane wouldn’t come across in the speech he was writing. Nervously he went over it again. He furiously ironed his shirt, wrote some more and walked around the house telling his brother to put a shirt on. As soon as Jane entered the church and walked down the aisle I knew he had nothing to worry about; his love for Jane was so obvious, no one could miss it. In fact I don’t think I have ever seen a happier groom. No speech in the world would be able to ruin that. And of course his speech was fine. Great even. Every thing about it told the guests how happy he was and how much he loved Jane.
He didn’t have to say a thing.

It’s amazing how a black-and-white wedding can be so colourful… Okay, that might only make sense in my head, but what I’m trying to say is – Fantastic. As always.
Love it Jonas. The ceremony site looked epic, i loved the textures you used with the bride and grooms shots!
Underbart som vanligt!:)
great work again Jonas ..let me know when you are in Stockholm
Amazing pics, as always. Out of curiosity: the beautiful brunette (she’s one of the bridesmaids I think), is she an actress in the aussie series East West 101?? At least she looks very much like her!
That black and white portrait of the bride has to be one of my favorite portraits ever. It’s just mesmerizing.
Hi Jonas, Your wedding images are just beautiful, such a beautiful story teller you are.
I’m trying to find a good album supplier – can you recommend yours? I want a simple clean album to present my weddings, nothing fancy.
Thank you,
Lizzy

Awesome, simply awesome.
I love the shot with the boy in the aisle, and the butterflies and the bride… I’d say you hit it out of the park this time, sir.
I’m speechless… This is perfect! I love the photo sequences you create…
Stunning!! So lovin’ the pink butterfly with her blue dress! Very beautiful work. :)
i’m giddy and goosebumpy from these shots!! wow. beautiful wonderful wedding. and hell yes she’s a trophy wife!! :)
Beautiful. Ett riktigt sagobröllop :)
Thanks so much Jonas!
It’s an unfurling leaf, on a twig, on an evolutionary branch of documentary photography. I see this and I know what I want to do.
These are incredible. Every time I look a your photos I dream to be as good as you, or to have you as my own wedding photographer. Your photos are absolutely inspiring. I still cannot believe that you have only been doing weddings for a year. Thank you for your brilliance.
Aah Jonas, once again you’ve come up with the proverbial goods. I’m forever waiting for the next wedding of yours to appear, to get my dose of creative majic. Thank you for breaking all the rules and bringing a fresh approach to this particular genre. You’ve given me permission to experiment. Thank you.
@erin The dress was designed by Paul Hunt. He also designed the bridesmaids’ dresses as well as Jane’s mother’s dress. You can see Paul behind Jane in a couple of the shots in the kitchen. He’s the guy in glasses.
Wow Jonas, Fantasic work- been following you for a little whiel now and I am always blown away – you have such a unique approach to every wedding. I hope you can photograph mine someday soon!
